Liora Cris a.k.b.d. (As known by Dagga) Boogey

Species: Ruucheen, humanoid in looks except they have an extremely poisonous breath and their hair has a slightly florescent blue or orange quality to it as well as they have no pupils. Most Ruucheen keep a small filter apparatus [[about the size of a retainer]] in their mouths as to keep all other humanoids from receiving a fatal dose of their gas. If the filter is out anybody within twenty feet gets a little bit nauseous and anybody taking a directed lungful say kissing distance stands a good chance that they might die. Their lifespan is a little bit longer than most human hitting middle age at about seventy, getting old hundred and usually living to be about a century and a half.

Gender: female

Physical Description: Dark orange hair that has the slightly glowing quality of her race. A light splash of freckles across her nose and on the cheeks below her eyes. Delicate features with totally green eyes, no black pupils, that have a very dreamy quality to them. Petite body and standing only five foot two tall and about a hundred pounds. The lack of apparent muscle is a shame for she has the strength and agility of a jungle cat. Normally she wears her Jedi robes but when in the presence of Dagga he has her outfitted in very inappropriate outfits.

Background: Her home world of Drevinne 11 by New Republic star charts and Ruu to the people who come from it has a atmosphere rich in certain bacteria that require the life forms there to evolve a natural way of dealing with them, this the noxious gas automatically kills the bacteria as they breath. Thus this world was looked over by the Imperials during their reign and is not considered a galaxy hot spot now that the New Republic has taken over either. The two races on the planet the Ruucheen and the Ruu’drevinne where natural enemies for many thousands of years constantly fight and never actually building technology above slug throwers. Then a group of Jedi of the Old Republic came and put and end to all the fighting between the two peoples. The people Ruu became devote believers in the Jedi way, in fact almost fanatical about it; even those who could not use the Force still strived to live by the code. Every child born was tested and it turned out to be a pretty rare trait among the people. So few where actually able to become Jedi and at about that time the Emperor was coming into play and Vader came and destroyed what he could of the Jedi that had set up a small post. Little did he know of the vehement beliefs of the people there most of which died keeping the secrets of where the Jedi where located. Most of the Jedi only survived because the Ruu people drugged them and then cryogenically froze them reviving them only when it was deemed safe. Liora Cris was on of the first of her people tested and trained being the best student with only one problem, she had an exceptional weakness to mind affecting Force ability, even the most ill trained students could put one over on her. So the Masters in charge designed special headdress for her that blocked a good percent of what Force tricks aimed to affect her mind. It was shaped like a crown/headband with small silver chains with jade and emeralds worked into them that she could put back into her long hair. It was a gift she treasured most highly because it protected her and had the added effect of diminishing her Force Signature making anybody who tried to get a good read on her Force Abilities thinks she had none. She was drugged and frozen by the people of her race it was placed with her. After being thawed out she adventured taking on a Padawan and moving forth into the world. Her adventures only lasted one year in the New Republic era. About twenty-four years after the Battle of Yavin she was on Nar Shadda trying to save the lives of a merchant’s family when she ran across Dagga. The Hutt immediately sensed Liora who had left her protective crown on her ship to keep a low profile and after she responded so well to a Force Suggestion to tell him what she was doing there he realized he could completely enslave her. He had a knack for her weakness and immediately sensed her only hope was the crown and took it into his possession. He immediately sent her back to her ship to destroy her apprentice, which she did, and cries about every night. From then on she became his slave and guard sending being sent out on dangerous missions always controlling her actions. He had special cages built on her ship and in his palace as well as his own ship where he locks her at night and she cannot get out till morning because of a revolving pass code on the door. His control goes the stretch of the whole galaxy and she is only free when Dagga is sleeping. Even then if she tries anything he wakes up and automatically assumes control. Mostly though he monitors giving her a mission to fill and commands her do it to the best of her ability. Now she wanders the galaxy at Dagga the Hutt’s word killing his enemies or aiding his allies.

Place of Origin: Ruu/Drevinne 11 and Nar Shaddaa

Social status: From a Moderately wealthy family and now has the nothing but her ship and any credits Dagga gives her.

Political Affiliation: The Jedi Order but Dagga has control so it is to him.

Current and former occupations:

Significant FamilyFriends/Past Relations: The only people of significance to her is her Master and Padawan, she never knew her family. Master Ril'Koo a Kel Dor trained her for the most part and was also the one to present her, her protection Crown, which he named the Divandi. Then there was her Padawan a young Ruu'Drivinne who died by her hands when she first got taken over by Dagga, Frend Golane died with her lightsaber burning in his heart. Current and Former Occupations: She was a Jedi Knight but is now the property of Dagga the Hutt. A manipulated bodyguard and assassin.

Personality: Her eyes and alluring voice make her very good with talking people into what she wants. At all times she is a flow with the things around her getting gentle readings of what is where. She carries this inward mind set with her movement being a very graceful person. Caring and kind to all creatures until she met up with Dagga and takes a great joy when he sends her to kill other Hutts, it is a guilty joy but still something not entirely Jedi-like. Now that Dagga is in control she is quiet and able to assume any "character" he wants her too.

Special Abilities: She can speak Kel Dor, basic, both Ruu languages. She is a skilled pilot of any type of craft. Most of her training the in the Jedi ways went towards healing herself and others, using the Force to aid her in combat, and moving objects and people. She is a good fighter with her lightsaber able to flow from one move to the other attacking quickly and pulling back out of range. She tries to remove the weapons of other so there cannot be a fight at all but if that doesn't work then she moves in attacking until she thinks she can stun her opponent or dispatches him another way.

Important Possessions: The most valuable thing she had was her crown the Divandi that protected her mind from any Force Suggestions or outright Control. She no longer has that as it is in possession of Dagga. Her ship and her lightsaber are the only other things that she has of value, that Dagga allows her to have. Liora’s ship the Yenlkiri is a heavily modified Corellian Star Shuttle built with three R2 units that perform the tasks with Liora to make up the normal crew that is needed. The R2 units are R2-T4, R2-T5, and R2-T6 all of which she named by the color they where painted, Red, Green, and Blue. They all know there is something wrong with Liora and that the Hutt is the problem but freeing Liora doesn’t solve anything and they are simply waiting for an opportunity to get the crown back. After those is her lightsaber whose haft is three feet long and features both the blade, which is rainbow colored because of the gem she used, and a stun blaster at the other end. Her lightsaber is done in silver and gold set with emeralds, topaz, and garnets. She also has kept her apprentice’s green lighsaber whose shaft is made completely of clear crystal found on Drivinne 11.

Objectives: Her main purpose is to get away from Dagga and get the Divandi back so she can be free forever. Second to go to her home world and somehow make up for the death of her apprentice and last to go to Yavin IV and train and help train people there. Minor ones are to go against Dagga as much as possible healing somebody injured she might pass or somehow “taking somebody out” without actually killing them, she bends Dagga’s words as best she can.

Miscellaneous: Simply freeing her from her prison or stopping what she is doing by way of Dagga will not save her. She needs somebody to fight the Force Control Dagga has on her or to get her Divandi back. The R2 units aboard her ship would help nearly anybody who offered it. Dagga's control of her is pretty powerful and it would take a lot of Force Skill to block him for a while and even if it happens the person doing the blocking has to sleep sometime.
