Description: Very short... 5'2" to be exact. Exactly 137 pounds. Phoebe has medium-length brown hair and hazel eyes. Though she may be a little on the  chubby side, she's fairly attractive and is a lot stronger than meets the  eye. She has a single freckle on her right cheek and always wears a silver  chain bearing a gold ring around her neck. The ring has something written on  it in the same language Phoebe's first name was derived from, but neither she  nor anyone she has ever met can so much as tell her what this language may be.

History: Phoebe was raised on Coruscant as a very wealthy child. She shared a  very special bond with her mother and Phoebe became older in mind than she  she should have been because of many nights where she and her mother would  stay up, exchanging words. She was always eager to please her father, though  he was quite pleased with her because she had such a high amount of  midi-chlorians in her blood and such potential to be a Jedi, though he knew  little of the Jedi himself. She was approved for training and attended Luke  Skywalker's Jedi Academy on Yavin 4 for a short while, but at the age of  seven, her parents disappeared. She left Yavin 4 to return home to her  siblings, and all but her older brother deserted her.  She travelled a lot in  search for her parents to places at the side of her brother who was much  older and wiser.  She finally gave up searching for her parents because she  knew that if they were in a situation where they could be rescued, she was  not capable of rescuing them. If they were in another situation where they  were free to find Phoebe again if they pleased but didn't, she knew that they  had good reason not to and would find her if they willed. So she came to Yavin 4 to continue her training (and her brother, who had long before come of age, continued to search despite Phoebe's pleas that he stay with her).   However, leaving for three years proved to be disasterous in that she could  not find anyone to complete her training.  At the age of 12, however, when no  one was doing anything to further train her, she 'mysteriously' disappeared  and no one had any clues as to where she had gone.  She never spoke of her  disappearance and others began to look at her darkly as she passed,  suspecting the worst.   And indeed, the worst may have happened, for even  Phoebe cannot remember much about this time.  She took nothing back with her,  in memory or otherwise, except for the knowledge that her brother had been  taken and Yavin 4 was now her only place.  With a few more years of training,  Phoebe could easily become a Jedi Knight. However, finding someone to  continue training her after such a long break proves to be the real task.

Possessions: The one thing she inherited from her mother was a necklace with  a gold ring attached to the silver chain. The ring had something written on  it in a completely foreign language that Phoebe never discovered, though it  could be nothing more than a lovely piece of jewelry that her mother simply  passed onto Phoebe. However, it reminds Phoebe of the great bond she shared  with her mother and gives her inner strength- during hard times, the simple  reminder that her mother may still be out there that was given to Phoebe by  that necklace keeps her going on. Also, she keeps with her always the blue  light saber that she originally acquired when she first came to Yavin 4. She  uses it only for self-defense and is very skilled in combat with it as her primary weapon.

Abilities: Phoebe began training at a very early age to become a Jedi.  However handy she is with a light saber, she dislikes battle and thus has  developed the art of smooth-talking. She can usually talk herself out of most  troubling situations.

Personality: She is a very light-hearted person despite her past, and though  she may be highly intelligent for someone her age, she heartily ENJOYS  learning and continues to do so. She has an open mind and considers all  possible paths to whatever decision she makes, though sometimes she considers  them too quickly for her own good. Phoebe has been, and always will be, a  very comedic person. Her perception of things usually amounts to sarcasm and  she enjoys making a good joke so long as it doesn't hurt anyone more than a  harmless joke should. When meeting new people, however, she is either  extremely shy or very talkative. She analyzes the person she is meeting and  why she is meeting them and decides whether it's good for her to know the  person more than the person in question knows her, or vice versa. Despite  hiding most of her true feelings and keeping up the outer mask of wit and  humour, she makes friends easily and those friends who are truly right for  the task to get to know her. What she seeks most, though, is someone to look  up to.

Objectives: Phoebe's mission is to complete her training as a Jedi which was  cut off when she left after her parents' disappearance. She wants more than  anything to become a Jedi Knight so maybe someday she will be capable of  finding and helping her parents in whatever situation they may be in. She  wants to also become famous for her skill--no, not famous, but respected. She  wants to gain someone's respect and will do whatever it takes. Phoebe also  wants to make sure that no one with the potential to be a Jedi is left out in  the cold for such a long time, like herself.

Miscallaneous: As she doesn't let on how she normally feels, Phoebe tends to get very  depressed but no one knows it. She is easily tempted and does not always  consider every disadvantage to the situation at hand. She is not perfect, and  has made many wrong and stupid decisions in her life. But she believes that  everything happens for a reason and that maybe from such a stupid decision  good could possibly come. She also keeps the belief that being a pessimist  makes good things seem better than they are. So these things make her a  little blind to some of the problems she has and could easily be turned  against her.
