Physical Description: Sarita has black hair which goes to her mid-back, but she usually keeps it tied and controlled. Her chin is slightly pointed, her nose small and flat, and her lips small and pale. Sarita's eyes are a dark blue shade. When she is alone, they are often deep and brooding, but otherwise practiced to be unreadable. She has a curvy figure, which she hides in modest or loose clothing, and prefers boots to heels.

Personal History:Sarita was born on Ihopek during the reign of the Empire, when Ihopek was an Imperial Shipyard. After the Empire's quick evacuation of Ihopek following the battle of Endor, her home colony fell on some hard times. Her childhood was less than fun, and a definite struggle, but she became determined to improve the situation. Her efforts to fix this lead her into politics. She now resides on Coruscant as she fulfills her duties as Senator representing her planet. She is very close to her family, which includes an elderly uncle and four brothers and sisters. (OOC Note: I can find little information about Ihopek particularly, so I currently have no information to contradict the premises given here.)

Personality: Sarita has a soft spot for her family, but can be hard as nails to anyone working against her. She is uncompromising when she feels certain that she is right, and has no major political allegiances apart from wanting what is best for her home planet of Ihopek. She tends to be thrifty from years of living in poverty, and she is distrustful of empty idealism. Jaded might be a good word to describe her.

Objectives: To improve the economic situation on Ihopek, which might include reopening the shipyards for the production of warships.
