The pain. Oh, the pain told her to try screaming out, but a thick piece
of cloth proved the attempt futile. Heavy hands held her down, forcing her to
endure torment and torture. From what she could hear there were three of
them, and each had forced themselves inside her at least once. Men cackled
loudly, ridiculing her as they took what they wanted. Her body was frozen,
her arms strung out to her sides, and her legs being held by the rough hands.
When screaming didn’t work, she made what little strength she had move her
legs to kick them away; but failed in getting them loose. Tears poured on to
the cold concrete, and with a slight sizzle puffs of vapor rose with the
steam of the bodies. The first, the roughest pushed himself in to her again,
this time with a greater brute force. She shrieked, the pain ripping her from
the inside out. Eyes closed, she focused on the darkness tightly, not wanting
to give them the satisfaction of seeing the agony filling her quickly. She
started giving up hope, and loosened her body, letting them take everything.
*Oh, please just let me die... don’t let them take me.. just let me die...*
A flash of light caused her to cringe and shrink back, her limbs jerked
sharply, the restraint on them released. Pain filled moans and screams struck
the still air, echoing in the alleyway. Beginning to get up, every muscle
revolted as a body fell upon her, knocking her back to the ground.
“Master, the woman is still alive.” The soft voice entered her ears, but
she didn’t comprehend the words. Flee. Now was the time to flee, but the body
laying on top of her would not let her move. Suddenly all the weight was
gone, with her eyes still shut, she bolted hoping to get away. More hands
grabbed her,and pulled her back. *Fight! Fight!* Her mind yelled at her body
as it continued to disobey, when one of the hands went over her eyes, and the
blackness turned into sleep.
“We need to get her to a healer,” A second voice emerged into the alley,
as its owner picked her up and carried her rag doll body away, leaving a pile
of dead men and blood.
*You’re choking! Wake up, you fool!* She sat up, coughing hoarsely, her
hand moving over her throat. Her eyes opened to a white room and the
brightest of lights she had ever seen. Rubbing her face, she focused her eyes
on the room. A simple, plain white hospital room. One bed, a bathroom, a
cabinet and some windows that were covered with white blinds.
“Where... where am I?” She shouted, and swung her legs over the edge of
the bed, looking down to find herself covered in the torn and once soiled
clothes. Feet hit cold tile floor, and shocked her into reality. “Oh, my..!
What happened to me?! Hello!” Frantically, she searched for someone in the
room and obviously there was no one there but her. The door opened, revealing
a woman with a tray in hand.
“Oh, so you’re awake, Lady Aurora? How wonderful.” Her voice was
pleasant, but “Aurora” would have nothing to do with pleasant at the moment.
“How did I get here? What happened to those men?! Do you know what they
were doing to me?!” She went to stand, but her legs disagreed, throwing her
to the floor.
“Oh, dear.. Calm yourself, you aren’t well enough to be up and around.”
The nurse exclaimed, holding her hands out to the patient. Crawling into a
corner, Aurora covered her face with her hands, and began to weep.
“They... they.. Oh, gods!!” She screamed, finally being able to do so.
The nurse rushed to her, and she pushed the woman away. “No!! Back away!!”
Fear obstructed any rationality in Aurora’s eyes, as she rocked against the
wall, whispering to herself. After an hour of observing her and trying to
talk with Aurora, the nurse merely shook her head, and exited the room.
“We need to inform Master Qui-Gon that the woman he brought in is being
uncooperative, and will have to leave. We can not help her if she does not
want it. Nor do we have the time to wait for her to open up to one of us.”
The nurse expressed to the small group waiting outside the door. Walking down
the hallway, she wrote a message on a piece of paper before handing it to one
of the staff. “Take this to him, now, please?” The messenger swiftly dashed
down the halls, already knowing the man’s location.

“Master Jinn!” The orderly announced from the opposite side of the
cafeteria. “I have a message for you!” The young man scooted over to him
hastily and handed over the note, pausing to catch his breath.
“What is it, Master?” Qui-Gon Jinn’s apprentice inquired, holding his
tray of food.
“It is a message from Deliria, she says that the woman we brought in is
awake and can not remain here.” His thick voice spilled from his lips, while
he folded the piece of paper up and handed it back to the orderly. “She says
the young woman will not accept her help, and is to afraid to move from her
place in the corner of the room.”
“Perhaps if we were to talk with her, explain that we were her rescuers?”
“It is worth checking in to at any rate, however let us complete our meal
first.” Turning to the orderly, Qui-Gon set his tray on a nearby table.
“Tell Deliria, my apprentice and I will tend to the woman this evening, after
our meal.” The orderly nodded once, and took off again, leaving the two men.
“What are we going to do with her, Master?”The apprentice sat down a
crossed from Qui-Gon, adjusting the sleeves of his robes before digging into
his food.
“I’m not sure yet, Obi-Wan, but the Force will guide us to the correct
conclusion. The young woman is in shock, and hopefully we will help her, not
make it worse for her.”
“Yes, Master.” Obi-Wan answered, putting a spoonful of soup in his mouth.

“Look, dear.. we aren’t going to hurt you. Just calm yourself, and get
down off of the cabinet.” Nurse Deliria demanded, looking up to Aurora as she
sat on the top of a high cabinet. “I understand you’re afraid, but those men
are dead now. They can not hurt you anymore!” Aurora’s eyes stared coldly at
the woman, and her body shook violently causing her perch to vibrate. The
nurse turned around when the door swung open revealing Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan.
“Oh, thank the Force you’re here. I can not get her down from there, and I
fear she’ll hurt herself.” An eyebrow rose on Master Jinn’s face as he
entered the room, crossing his arms over his chest. His padawan stifled a
chuckle with the sleeve of his robe, shaking his head.
“How did she get up there?” Qui-Gon asked, surveying the area around the
cabinet and not finding any means by which the woman would use to climb.
“She had fallen asleep in the corner, and I went to put her back in bed.
The next thing I know, she’s flinging me against the wall and scrambling on
top of the cabinet. My orderlies have been trying to get her down, but they
don’t want to knock it over and hurt her. Help us, jedi, relieve us of her,
please? We healed her as much as we could, and now it is her part.” Qui-Gon
shot a glance to his padawan, and both approached the cabinet taking
positions on either side.
“Move out of the way, Deliria.” Obi-Wan exclaimed softly, putting his
hands on the smooth cabinet walls. Aurora hissed and inched closer to the
wall, not wanting them to touch her. With a nod, the men pushed, tipping it
over and spilling her off. She slammed into the floor and rolled to a stop,
groaning uneasily. Deliria gasped and scowled at the two men, her hands
moving to her hips.
“Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi, how could you? You brought her in to
heal her, not hurt her!”
“You said you could not get her down, and if she got up as easily as you
said, then she was going to get down just as easily.” The jedi master stepped
over the cabinet and put his hand on Aurora’s neck. Her eyes shot open and
she grabbed his arm, digging her nails in deeply, striking blood before
standing. A lightsaber was drawn, and Obi-Wan pointed its tip at the woman,
his eyes slightly narrowed. “Put it away, my young padawan, the hostility is
not necessary. She’s afraid, and isn’t getting any answers, so we should
give her what she needs. I am Qui-Gon Jinn.” He bowed to her, gesturing to
his apprentice. “This is Obi-Wan Kenobi, we brought you here from the alley
where you were attacked.” The woman’s eyes grew softer, her body lost it
intensity and her head inclined.
“You brought me here? Where is here?”She asked, her voice was hoarse
from the yelling earlier.
“Yes, and you are in the Jedi Temple. We needed to get you to a healer,
you were bleeding badly.”
“ ‘The Jedi Temple’? But I live on the other side of the city. What was
I doing so far from home?” She paused, and dropped her eyes to the floor. “I
can’t begin to thank you.” Aurora’s gaze met Qui-Gon’s and Obi-Wan’s
squarely.
“We are merely glad that you are well, and we will escort you back to
your home.” His answer made her nod softly, and bow gracefully.
“I don’t suggest you going this evening, though. You are still quite
unsteady.” Deliria put in from her place at the doorway.
“I agree,” Qui-Gon dropped his arms to his sides, relaxing. “My padawan
and I have a room at a hotel near here. If you feel comfortable, you are
welcome to stay with us.”
“It would be a relief to stay any where but here; medical centers of any
kind make me uncomfortable.” She sighed, shrugging to Deliria. “My
apologies, I’m Aurora Devenly.”
“All right, Aurora, let us be going then. I’m sure you’re tired and
would like to relax.” Qui-Gon held his hand out toward the door, and she
moved past them, leaving the room. “Have some clothes in her size sent to our
room, Deliria.” The nurse nodded, and they followed her out.

The jedi and the woman filed into the hotel room, locking the door behind
them.
“Please, Aurora, make yourself comfortable. The packages are your new
clothing, if you’d like to shower and change, the bath is on the right.”
Qui-Gon informed her, removing his cloak and tossing it onto a chair. Obi-Wan
sat at a table and began check messages in a computer. Curling up on the
couch, the woman turned her back to them, covering her face with her arms.

Obi-Wan turned on the faucet of the shower, testing the water’s
temperature with the back of his hand. Satisfied, he climbed under the spray,
letting the water fall down his back. Reclining his head slightly, he ran his
hands over his hair, wetting it down to wash it. Droplets spilled down his
muscular chest and splashed at his feet. Turning around, the padawan faced
the falling water, rubbing his face. Stepping back, he removed the excess
water when his vision went dark, making him wheel around. Aurora stood in
front of him, her body uncovered and littered with black and purple bruises.
“What are you doing in here?” He demanded, his eyes locked on hers,
though peripheral vision allowed him a glance at her naked form. Her finger
rested upon his lips, and she leaned in, removing her finger, she kissed his
lips gently. The young man backed against the shower wall, feeling the
pressure of her body against his. Aurora’s hand slid down his body, and made
him shiver lightly as they continued to kiss, the attraction increased the
longer their lips were together. Soft fingers wrapped themselves around his
growing erection, and made him gasp, pulling his lips back from hers with a
moan. “Why are you doing this?” He breathed, staring at her.
“I’m returning the favor,” Her lips covered his again, and her hand
began pumping against his throbbing member in a slow rhythm. Obi-Wan moaned
into her mouth, and closed his eyes, letting his hands roam over her velvety
skin. Aurora adjusted herself, and plunged him into her smoothly, lifting her
leg against his hip. His hand shifted to grip the thigh, as her tongue tasted
his lips, deepening the kiss. She commenced in thrusting upon him, arching
her back elegantly, their lips parted. The young man leaned her back on the
opposite wall, and using the leverage, he drove himself into her faster. Her
arms wrapped around his back, allowing her nails to bite into his flesh. He
moaned louder, the peak of his attraction approaching like lightning. Obi-Wan
pushed one last time and released inside her, followed by his body going limp
and relaxed. The woman’s lips pursed against his one last time, as she panted
softly.
“Nothing owed, we’re even..”Her voice poured over him like a blanket.
Exiting the shower, she threw a towel over her body, leaving the young
apprentice unsettled.

A statue in the center of his bedroom, Qui-Gon meditated, his hands
linked behind his back. She crept in, knowing he was most likely aware of her
presence when she passed the doorway. The towel fell to the floor while she
stepped up to him, pressing her chest into his back. The jedi master grabbed
her arm, and threw her onto the bed, pinning her there.
“What are you doing?” He inquired, his eyes dancing with interest.
“I must pay you back, remember?” She said simply, her tongue flicking
past her lips to touch his.
“With sex? Are you aware jedi do not have attachments to things like sex?”
“You don’t have to be attached to it, you just have to allow me to pay
you back in the only way I know how.” Her back arched, and she rubbed herself
on him, licking her lips.
“You weren’t in trouble, were you?”
“Oh, no.. I was in trouble, but this is how we thank those who help us
where I’m from.” Drawing her face close, she kissed his lips, her hand
pulling his neck down. Instinctively, Qui-Gon’s arms wrapped around her,
caressing the skin of her back. There was no fight with this one, he was
attracted to her, and the attraction was jabbing into her thigh. Their
embraces deepened speedily, as clothes were shed and thrown to the floor. She
dropped her head back while from her own lips, a moan escaped as he entered
her. He started the rhythm this time, their bodies moving together
vigorously. He kissed her neck, sucking tenderly on the flesh between his
lips. Nails dug themselves into his shoulders, and made him growl from his
throat. With each pump, her climax drew closer. Bliss, lust and affection
were foreign emotions to a jedi, but all at once Qui-Gon felt them. Her body
trembled under his hands, as her head tossed on the bed. A few more thrusts
and his seed ejected into her tense body. Intensity over, both laid loosely
on the bed, moaning softly in the other’s ear. A kiss was planted on his lips
before she moved out from under him.
Grabbing her clothes, she threw them on, slipping her feet into her shoes
Aurora looked up to find she was being watched. Grinning, she waved her
fingers at Obi-Wan and grabbed a piece of fruit from the table. The woman
left their lives as briskly as she had entered them, but a change was in
effect. The door closed and she was gone.
